Give Kids A Smile Tiny Smiles promotes CDA’s CE course on care for young patients

Through a collaboration with the California Dental Association, the ADA Foundation’s GKAS Tiny Smiles Program is able to offer the Treating Young Kids Everyday (TYKE) course for free, a $200 value, through April 2023.

The TYKE course (2 CE credits) is designed to increase dentists’ confidence to see babies and young children and inspire a commitment to decreasing the prevalence of dental caries in young children. The online course offers effective educational tools and training to support dental teams in using caries risk assessment, disease prevention and early interventions to reduce tooth decay among children ages birth to six years.

Tiny Smiles is sponsored by Colgate and CareCredit. Information about the collaboration and instructions for how to access the course can be found at ADA.org/TinySmiles.
